Job Description

• Compiles, prepares and analyzes monthly project billings per contract requirements
• Performs financial analysis and reconciliation of project costs versus project budget
• Manages vendor compliance, insurance, lien waivers, retention and W-9s
• Produces and analyzes job performance and profitability through jobs cost tracking reports
• Assists in preparation of status reports and maintains accurate project statuses and budget information in COINs

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years’ of Project Accounting experience
○ Experience managing at least 20 million in budget
• Project Accounting experience must come from a construction subcontracting background
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience with Cost+ software
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with intermediate to expert level ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. required
