Job Description
Insight Global is looking to bring on a Senior Angular UI Developer in support of a federal contract. The Developer will be responsible to craft intuitive, visually stunning, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to bring digital experiences to life that are both functional and delightful. You’ll be responsible for translating design mockups into functional, pixel-perfect interfaces that elevate our digital products. Additional duties include:
• Design & Develop: Build responsive and interactive single page applications (SPA)/user interfaces using the TypeScript and the angular framework.
• Collaborate: Work closely with UX designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
• Optimize: Ensure applications are fast, scalable, and compatible across browsers and devices.
• Testing Framework: Proficient in writing unit and end-to-end testing of Angular applications.
• Test & Debug: Conduct usability testing and resolve UI bugs or performance issues.
• Document: Maintain UI guidelines, reusable components, and design systems.
• Innovate: Stay updated with emerging UI trends and technologies, and apply them to enhance product design.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ Years of hands-on experience using Angular
• Experience in unit and end to end testing of angular applications using Karma, Jasmine and Protractor
• Proficiency in Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, LESS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, or Vue.js
• Expertise in implementing accessible design practices to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards, ensuring compliance with Section 508 regulations.
• Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and component-based architecture
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field
• Experience with working in the AWS cloud environment
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and basic backend integration
• Knowledge of Networking
