Designs and programs control interface touch panels for audio visual systems.
Certified with AMX and/or Crestron Control Systems.
Works to ensure a user-friendly operating environment for controlling audio/visual equipment.
Provides training to users to ensure proper use and care.
Primarily responsible for programming AV project control systems, to include the design, installation, and continuing support of graphic touch panel interface layouts based on customer requirements.
Responsible for audio visual systems management procedures, and current architectures.
Takes an active role in the design and installation of small to large-scale AV systems to include: video teleconferencing, sound systems, lighting, displays, and Command and Control operation centers.
Works with the engineering staff to develop and maintain network requirements, architectures, and designs.

Extensive experience delivering sophisticated AV solutions across diverse enterprise environments.
Proficient in using standard installation and diagnostic tools for AV systems.
Skilled in creating and interpreting technical drawings using AutoCAD and Visio.
Capable of leading installation teams and coordinating tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Professional and respectful in interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Open to travel as required by project scope and timelines.
Role may involve physical activity including lifting, prolonged sitting, standing, and walking.
Able to interpret schematics, diagrams, and signal flow documentation.
Solid understanding of AV technologies, including system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Familiar with AV cabling standards, wire types, and connector configurations.
Experienced in providing user training on system operation and features.
Basic knowledge of networking principles and configuration practices.
Travel to local and remote sites will be necessary to support project and operational needs.
