Day To Day
We are seeking a Technical Specialist II to support EPMS, controls, and commissioning efforts for a new data center construction project in South Hill, VA. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on assisting with system startup, testing, and power controls integration within a mission-critical environment.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves
• 1-3+ years of experience in controls, electrical systems, or automation
• Exposure to EPMS, controls, or commissioning environments (training available)
• Basic hands-on experience with:
o PLCs and device configuration
o IP addressing and communication protocols (Modbus preferred)
o Electrical/power systems and controls
• Familiarity with SCADA, Schneider, or similar systems preferred
• Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting ability
• Background in utilities, or electrical infrastructure
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Experience
• Exposure to mission-critical environments (data centers, hospitals, utilities, etc.)
• Familiarity with EPMS / power monitoring systems
• Field-based installation or commissioning support experience
