Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an EPIC IP Quality Analyst. The Epic Inpatient Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and regulatory alignment of Epic Inpatient solutions, with a strong hands-on focus on Clinical Documentation (ClinDoc), Orders, and BestPractice Advisories (BPAs). This role performs rigorous QA and validation of Epic build, supports electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQMs) including annual updates and reporting requirements, and validates numerator and denominator logic to ensure accurate measure performance. The analyst partners closely with quality, informatics, analytics, and Epic build teams, supports Medisolv for quality reporting and submissions, develops and executes detailed test plans and documentation, identifies and resolves defects, and clearly presents findings, risks, and recommendations to clinical and operational stakeholders to support high-quality, compliant inpatient workflows. Salary ranging from 100K-115K. Must reside in: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Virginia to work remote.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on Epic Inpatient build experience, specifically in ClinDoc and Orders.
Epic certification in Inpatient ClinDoc, Orders,
Demonstrated experience configuring and validating BestPractice Advisories (BPAs).
Proven experience supporting eCQM measures, including annual updates, reporting requirements, and measure maintenance.
Hands-on experience validating numerator/denominator logic and end-to-end measure workflows.
Experience supporting or working with Medisolv for quality reporting and submissions.
Strong QA background, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and validation documentation.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
