We are looking for an Epic Analyst that is specific to MyChart. This position supports our customers commitment to service excellence and quality by performing Epic application system analysis and design, including requirements, specifications, configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation. Responsibilities include providing Epic and third-party application support, troubleshooting, training, and reporting. The role involves acting as a liaison between internal groups, clients, and vendors, conducting intermediate analysis of Epic application design, planning implementations, and maximizing application benefits. You will manage projects, adhere to departmental policies, gather requirements, and conduct detailed design sessions. Additionally, you will analyze client business needs, develop reference materials, mentor teammates, advocate for department initiatives, and facilitate a collaborative work environment. Adherence to the application change management process is essential, including timely reporting, effective discussion, communication, contingency planning, and post-change reporting. Salary range is 75,000 - 95,000. To be considered for remote work: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Virginia are approved states.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates/Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, business or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of five years of related experience working within EPIC
Must be certified in MyChart & Welcome
Must be a self-initiated team player that can work under minimal supervision, with strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate with others, including clients and vendors
