* Full responsibility for the profit/loss of the office, including all service lines.
* Department Managers within the office will report directly to the Office Manager.
* Personnel recruitment
* Management and training of employees
* Financial management, marketing and business development
* Managerial and administrative duties required for developing and growing an office.
* You will be expected to be a self-starter with strong marketing and business development skills, have a 'roll-up' your sleeve mentality to get things done, and be a team builder with the ability to both bring in and do the work.
* You will be tasked with getting the firm's name out in the marketplace.
