Job Description

Job Summary: The Training and Development Analyst will be responsible for assisting with designing, developing, and delivering training programs related to the new HRIS system. This role involves acting as a producer for training sessions, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure all users are proficient with the new system.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Training Sessions: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees at all levels to ensure effective use of the new HRIS
Act as a Producer: Manage virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring all technical aspects run smoothly.
Troubleshoot Issues: Provide support and resolve any issues that arise during training sessions or as users begin to work with the new system.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure training programs meet organizational needs and objectives.
Provide Ongoing Support: Offer continuous support and refresher training sessions as needed to ensure long-term proficiency with the HRIS system.

Required Skills & Experience

Training Experience with an HRIS implementation
