Job Description
We are seeking a Systems Analyst to serve as an Engineering Lead within a core product squad focused on integrating enterprise systems and data sources. This role emphasizes system integration and architecture—not development—while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience working in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and document system integration solutions to unify multiple internal data sources.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Coordinate with Enterprise IT teams to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Develop testing strategies to validate data integrity and integration accuracy.
• Maintain technical documentation for architecture, data flows, and integration processes.
• Work closely with the current architect to map APIs and integrate data between Salesforce and Snowflake for the DER Registry team.
• Support integration of GIS data into Salesforce and Snowflake for tracking millions of distributed grid resources.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards throughout the integration process.
Pay Rate: $50-$70/HR

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in IT systems integration or engineering.
• Strong technical background in system architecture and data integration.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms: Snowflake, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle.
• Experience in Agile environments; proficiency with JIRA for tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to design and validate API-based integrations (no coding or SQL development required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in energy sector or related industries.
• Knowledge of IT governance and security compliance.
• Understanding of data mapping and validation processes.
