Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Superintendent with proven expertise in managing complex, mission-critical construction projects, particularly within data center environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of high-performance infrastructure builds, requiring exceptional leadership, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of the unique demands of secure, high-availability facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Maintain comprehensive daily logs of site conditions, progress, and issues; oversee punch lists and manage closeout processes through final acceptance.
Collaborate closely with project managers to develop and execute detailed construction schedules, ensuring optimal sequencing and resource allocation.
Proactively identify and resolve field challenges, minimizing risk and avoiding delays or change orders.
Coordinate site logistics, including temporary utilities and long-lead item tracking, to support uninterrupted operations.
Serve as the primary on-site liaison, ensuring clear communication between field teams, project leadership, and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in commercial ground-up construction, with at least 6 years in a Superintendent role overseeing mission-critical or data center projects.
Demonstrated success in managing ground-up builds with stringent technical, security, and scheduling requirements.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to mobilize teams and resources to meet aggressive timelines.
Proficiency in construction management software including Procore, Bluebeam, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook).
OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
