Job Description

The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the company’s financial
operations during a period of accelerated growth and increasing complexity. This role is
hands-on, with responsibility across month-end close, financial reporting, and process
improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and comfortable
operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or industry)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or
similar)
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth setting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• CPA or CPA-track
• Background in public accounting
• Experience in a private equity–backed company
• Exposure to multi-entity or multi-brand environments
