Insight Global is looking for a service desk agent, Tier II, to support a service desk integration for the state of VA. This work will be facilitated out of a ticket que, but will require someone to be taking calls from people calling in requesting help as well. This person will need to be familiar with network, security and support service operations. We can pay anywhere from $18 - 25/hour depending on your experience.

- hands on experience working with networking monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
- hands on experience working with ticketing systems (Active Directory, Remedy, ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
- experience working within ITSM principles
- experience with CIA triad
- familiarity in multi-factor authentications, encryption systems, and the OSI model, router/switch/bandwidth/IP addresses, etc.
- experience working with government clients (state or federal)
