Insight Global is looking for a Power Platform/Dynamics Developer to support a client with ongoing efforts of the digitization and automation of paper-based and electronic records to streamline access to information. This person will develop and write complex flows utilizing power automate, manage the Power Platform environment, and assist with analyzing and interpreting helpdesk tickets and emails. The hourly pay rate for this position is $50-65/hr.

- 5+ years of professional experience in the Microsoft Power Platform with experience developing in 4 or more of the Power Platform technologies
- ITIL experience: foundational knowledge and experience following Change Management and Service Management methodology
- Experience with web applications, basic web (UI/UX) design
- Working knowledge of database/data modeling principles for application design
- Proficiency configuring, customizing, and managing Dataverse
- General knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform licensing, the API limits, and throttling limitations within Power Platform
- Experience performing Solution upgrades between environments, including best practices
- Familiarity of Active Directory and basic security protocols
