Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Finance/HR modules (Procurement, AP, AR, GL, HRMS). The ideal candidate will have strong business process knowledge, hands-on configuration skills, and technical expertise in developing and supporting customizations, data conversions, and integrations, including deep experience with CEMLI components and Workflow customizations/extensions. The salary range for this role is $115K-$125K.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS Finance configurations and custom solutions.
Configure and support Financial modules including Procurement ,Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and some HRMS modules.
Design and develop customizations using PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Forms, XML Publisher (BI Publisher), Workflow, and Oracle Alerts.
Develop and manage CEMLI (Configurations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, and Integrations) components.
Design and implement Workflow customizations and extensions for Finance business processes.
Build and support interfaces and conversions using tools like Open Interface Tables, APIs, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or custom PL/SQL loaders.
Develop and support third-party interface solutions, including reading external files (CSV, XML, flat files) and importing them into Oracle EBS using staging tables and interface programs.
Work on inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems.
Collaborate with Oracle Managed Cloud Services (OMCS) for issue resolution, patching, and environment support.
Create and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and Request for Changes (RFCs) for technical and functional issues.
Participate in full SDLC: requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Support month-end/year-end financial closing and reporting processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve system and data issues across Finance/HR modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, DBAs, and other developers.
Document functional and technical specifications, test plans, and deployment guides.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Skills:
10+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12 in a techno-functional capacity.
Strong working knowledge of Procurement, Finance (AR/AP), HR modules.
Expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports/Forms, BI Publisher, and Oracle Workflows.
Hands-on experience with Open Interface Tables, Concurrent Programs, Value Sets, Lookups, Profile Options, and Personalization.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle APPS Financials R12.2 or higher.
Experience with some Oracle APPS HRMS modules.
Experience in Oracle DB 19c or higher.
Strong communication and technical skills.
Experience working in the public sector industry.
Experience with working with Oracle Service Requests and RFCs
Experience with working with Oracle Managed Cloud Services
