Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an IT Procurement/Administrative Specialist to undertake a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The resource will be responsible for performing multiple office support tasks which are well defined and are carried out within well-established guidelines and procedures. Characteristic activities include:

Word processing, data entry and proofreading; creates and maintains files; retrieves records; compiles data; performs or verifies calculations; schedules appointments; provides general information.

Required Skills & Experience

* 7-10 years of administration or grant management experience

* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 office and Adobe Pro

* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow-through Skills in Microsoft Project, or similar tool, to create robust schedules with task dependencies.

* Possess good knowledge of planning and strategizing financial and budgeting issues. Possess excellent organizational skills.

* Ability to perform in cross-functional team approach and job responsibilities. Experience with basic financial management skills including developing and monitoring budgets and financial reporting.

* A multi-tasker with ability to work under pressure.

* Self-directed and independent. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and produce quality results on time with attention to detail.

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills

* Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow-through Must be able to operate effectively in a changing environment with multiple priorities.

* Experience supporting state/local government
