Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Industrial Property Manager to join a large company based in the Richmond, VA area. The Property Manager will be responsible for reviewing and understanding real estate legal and general contract language, multi-bid contract reviews, ability to perform CAM, understand commercial and industrial real estate inspections, maintenance, and public records searches. Must have strong analytical, financial, and budgeting skills. The salary range for this role is $65,000-90,000 annually.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience with industrial property management

Bachelors degree

Strong understanding of CAM and real estate contract language

Strong financial, budgeting, and analytical skills
