Job Description

Insight Global is hiring an HVAC Assistant to support a client in Richmond, VA. This person will be responsible for assisting the HVAC Service Technician on installation, service, and preventative maintenance projects. They will be responsible for locating and storing all necessary tools required to complete the work, learning best practices through hands-on work, and assisting with customer interactions. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST, with potential OT offered depending on the work schedule.

Required Skills & Experience

1-4 years of HVAC experience. HVAC trade school counts towards experience.
EPA Certified
Working on HVAC units such as Trane, Daikin, and Lennox.
Strong communication skills and a passion to grow within the HVAC space.
