Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with a strong emphasis on backend development using Golang. The work authorization is not specified and the pay rate is between $20-$25. The Integrations team is responsible for enabling merchants and platforms to adopt the company's financing solutions via API integrations, platform plugins, custom extensions, and hands‑on technical support—while ensuring reliability, compliance, and a smooth merchant/customer experience. This role is primarily focused on backend development in Golang, but requires comfort working in React to make small, incremental UI changes (such as updating wording or adjusting application flows). This person will jump in quickly, write production code, participate in code reviews, and act as a collaborative thought partner for system and integration improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of professional full stack software development experience
Strong experience with Golang for backend development
Experience with React and ability to work comfortably in the frontend when needed
Hands-on experience with API development
Strong communication skills, and detail-oriented with strong engineering judgment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Ecommerce experience, particularly related to integrations or plugins
