Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on backend development using Golang. The work authorization is not specified and the pay rate is between $20-$25. This role involves modernizing legacy systems, building new features, and migrating services to a REST-based architecture. You will work closely with product teams to translate ideas into actionable requirements and deliver critical projects aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development (75%): Design and implement scalable services primarily in Golang, including new REST-based APIs.
Frontend Development: Rebuild front-end components using React and integrate with modernized backend services.
Work with PostgreSQL / SQL DB and ensure efficient data handling.
Implement new features, bug fixes, and modernization initiatives, including migration from GraphQL to REST and .Net to Golang.
Partner with product teams to define requirements, document solutions, and communicate progress.
Apply strong unit testing practices to ensure code quality and reliability.
Participate in 2-week sprints, contributing to planning and execution.
Work across multiple applications and smaller services
