Our client is seeking a data analyst. Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce and staffing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce management.
Collaborate with HR, recruitment, and operations teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
Conduct predictive and prescriptive analysis to forecast staffing needs and optimize workforce allocation.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation.
Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings to stakeholders.
Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve workforce efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and workforce management.

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in workforce management or staffing.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software excel and powerpoint
