This role will involve evaluating key performance metrics, generating reports, and working closely with call center teams to optimize customer service operations. You will be responsible for providing data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and agent performance. Pay rate: $27-$32

Call Center Data Expertise: Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting call center metrics to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and reporting tools. Looking for an Excel wizard!
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing and reporting on large datasets.
