We are seeking a skilled Clinical Informatics Analyst to join the Health IT team. The ideal candidate will have experience with a recognized Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The pay range for this role is $30-$45/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, configure, implement, and support the VADOC EHR system in compliance with CTSU Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) guidelines and established project management, quality policies, and standards.
Provide technical leadership, estimates, technical training, process engineering, and guidance to staff.
Assist with the creation of software design documents and diagrams.
Ensure user requirements are met through effective system analysis, design, development, configuration, and support.
Document various workflow processes based on health standards and implementations.
Customize, evaluate, configure, analyze, and document the VADOC EHR system and business workflows.
Provide technical training and support in various healthcare settings.

-Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management methodology and principles of technical system analysis, design, development, configuration, and support.
-Excellent documentation skills for various workflow processes based on health standards.
-Ability to customize, evaluate, configure, analyze, and document EHR systems and business workflows.
-Proficiency in providing technical training and support in healthcare settings.
-Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
-A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field is preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered as a substitute.
-Direct experience with system/technical configuration is required.
-Direct experience with Power BI
