Insight Global is seeking a Jr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for a top energy client in the utilities space. This individual will support multiple initiatives focused on solar net metering, grid forecasting, and enterprise data modernization. The role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a technical or analytical background who enjoys working with data, collaborating with stakeholders, and learning how large-scale energy systems operate. This is a long-term opportunity with strong growth potential, exposure to product teams, and the chance to contribute to critical infrastructure projects during a period of significant expansion.
Pay Range: $25/HR - $55/HR

Required Skills & Experience
0–3 years of experience (open to new grads – May graduates welcome)
Bachelor’s degree in:
Business Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or related technical field
Strong Excel skills (data analysis, charts, documentation)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Customer-service mindset
Comfortable working in an Agile / semi-product squad environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience or exposure to:
Business Systems Analysis
Data analysis or data-heavy projects
Salesforce or CRM tools
Utility, energy, or regulated-industry environments
Technical curiosity or engineering mindset
Experience working with vendors
Interest in product teams or future product squad work
