One of our largest national retail clients is seeking a Staff Engineer based in Reston, VA. The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate immediate proficiency from the outset. Key responsibilities will encompass the design and delivery of sophisticated large-scale systems from ambiguous requirements, problem decomposition, creation of comprehensive design documents, and providing leadership to the software engineering team, among other critical software engineering tasks.
