Job Description

My client is seeking a traveling Project Manager to join their healthcare division. This candidate will short-term relocate to different parts of the country (mostly East of the Mississippi) to help run healthcare construction projects. These projects range from base-builds of new hospitals to renovations of medical office spaces. The day to day responsibilities will include walking the project site with the superintendent for project updates, attending client meetings to provide key updates to the client and sr. leadership, and problem solving to keep the project as on schedule and on budget as possible, and submitting the necessary change orders/administrative changes to keep the documentation accurate.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years experience working for a general contractor (preferably 7-15 YOE)
- 2+ years experience as a project manager overseeing Healthcare or healthcare adjacent projects (hospitals, medical offices, clinics, labs, pharma manufacturing, high end federal spaces)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree
- Hospital specific projects - familiar with clean rooms, infectious decease control, occupied spaces, etc.
