Job Description
This recruiter will support a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment focused on specialized technical and engineering roles. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple requisitions, sourcing niche technical talent, and partnering closely with leadership to meet aggressive hiring goals. This role offers exposure to complex automation and electrical engineering positions, a collaborative team environment, and strong potential for conversion in a stable, mature organization.
Day-to-Day
• Manage a high volume of open requisitions (end-to-end)
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and other recruiting tools
• Screen applicants and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership
• Extend and manage offers
• Work closely with a small team (Supervisor + Coordinator) for paperwork and administrative support
• Receive daily direction and prioritization from team
• Communicate consistently with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Support recruiting efforts for highly technical roles in automation and electrical engineering
• Maintain accurate documentation and applicant tracking in iCIMS

Required Skills & Experience
Haves
• 2–4 years of recruiting experience
o Agency recruiting background would work
o Wide range of recruiting experience
o Experience recruiting base-level to mid-level technical roles
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously (high-volume environment – ~158 reqs)
• Strong candidate screening and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing environment
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and iCIMS (ATS)
• Ability to work fully onsite, 5 days/week
• Bachelor’s degree or technical/industry-related education
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience recruiting for automation & controls roles
o PLC
o SCADA
o Switchgear
• Prior experience recruiting Electrical Engineers or highly technical engineering profiles
• Background supporting engineering, construction, or industrial clients
• Exposure to structured, mature recruiting environments
• Interest in process improvement, automation, and recruiting efficiency
