Job Description
The Lead Superintendent will serve as the primary on-site leader, responsible for managing all construction activities from mobilization through final turnover while ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role leads and mentors superintendent teams and subcontractors, coordinates detailed site logistics and sequencing, enforces company’s safety-first culture and end client’s mission-critical requirements, and maintains close alignment with the Project Manager on schedule, manpower, and procurement. The Lead Superintendent ensures quality execution across shell, core, and MEP scopes, supports commissioning readiness and phased turnover, and serves as a key field liaison to Microsoft representatives, inspectors, and design partners.
