Job Description
My client is looking for a Chief of Staff to join their team to support one of their CEOs out of Falls Church, VA. This role is responsible for ensuring that the CEO’s priorities are executed and that time, attention, and decision-making are protected and optimized through structure and discipline. Operating as part of a coordinated team and in close partnership with the Executive Business Partner, this individual manages the flow of work into the CEO—shaping materials, driving clarity, and ensuring that all inputs are aligned to enterprise priorities. This includes direct ownership of the preparation and quality of key materials and meeting outputs, such as agendas, presentations, decisions, and follow-through. They bring a high level of ownership to every detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks by closing loops and maintaining accountability across stakeholders.
