Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an AP/AR Specialist for a leading engineering and construction-focused client. This individual will join a team focused on processing a large volume of purchase orders while supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. The ideal candidate will have an accounting background, experience working with multiple systems, and strong attention to detail. This is a fully remote opportunity with a streamlined interview process and the potential to start as soon as the 27th.
Process a high volume of purchase orders
Support AP/AR functions
Work within multiple computer systems and platforms
Assist with purchasing-related administrative tasks
Ensure purchase orders are processed accurately and timely
Complete onboarding and training during the initial training period

Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years of AP/AR experience
Accounting background
Experience processing purchase orders (POs)
Strong computer and systems experience
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Open to new graduates with relevant accounting experience/education
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Purchasing or procurement experience
High-volume PO processing experience
Experience working remotely
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
