Job Description
As the Surveillance Manager, you’ll be the strategic and operational lead for all surveillance activities across the property. You’ll oversee a team of supervisors and agents, ensuring 24/7 coverage and compliance with gaming regulations. Your day will include reviewing incident reports, coordinating with security and compliance teams, managing surveillance systems, and leading investigations when needed. You’ll also be responsible for mentoring your team, driving performance, and ensuring the department runs smoothly and discreetly in a fast-paced casino environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Surveillance Manager or Security Manager (casino or similar environment).
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-tiered teams.
• Strong understanding of surveillance technology and incident response protocols.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment with discretion and professionalism.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Casino gaming experience or similar regulated industry.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and audit preparation.
• Familiarity with surveillance software and video analytics platforms.
• Military or Police background
