Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Cybersecurity Communications Specialist - Cyber Communications and Operations, Office of the CISO to work fully remote (in one of the approved states) in support of one of our large healthcare clients. This will be a 6 month contract-to-hire role where the candidate will serve as an integral team member helping drive cyber communications and operational program rigor across the cyber security portfolio in a manner that meets our healthcare client's requirements. You will help formalize their Cyber communications program to increase efficiencies and strengthen cross-functional partnerships while ensuring the client's team members follow the necessary frameworks, processes, and best practices as they continue to mature and evolve. You will also provide key operational support, organization, and coordination across the entire Cyber portfolio to ensure team members have the tools, templates, and reminders needed to effectively execute deliverables. You will gain exposure to all areas of the Cyber Security organization as well as regularly interact with various team members across Cyber, IT, and the business.
Essential Responsibilities:
As someone who thrives on developing and implementing consistent messaging that is appropriately branded, helping others become better communicators, and developing tools and templates to help team members stay organized and on track, you will be accountable for consistently and successfully delivering against the initiatives and tasks you own. Comfortable and experienced in using action and persuasion to drive collaboration, accountability, and on-time delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Creates communication templates and guidelines for Cyber team use that align with specific team needs as well as IT and Corporate Communications best practices.
· Comfortable switching between writing, editing, and proofreading depending on specific need.
· Strives for high levels of accuracy and consistency across all communication deliverables.
· Understands importance of accurate spelling, grammar, branding, and why professional content presentation across various communication channels is key to building and maintaining audience trust and openness to messaging.
· Being well organized and keeping on schedule comes naturally to you and you are energized by helping others do the same. Details are your jam!
· Creating professional, easy to use PowerPoint and Word templates that help team members effectively tell a story is right in your wheelhouse.
· Meeting planning, preparation, and support: Creating clear, concise, and relevant agendas, meeting notes, decks, and communications based on specific audiences that accurately reflect the Cyber brand is up your alley. Effectively preparing presenters and actively facilitating meetings is the icing on the cake.
· Ensures Office of the CISO core foundational processes and procedures are properly documented and maintained.
· Key interface with other Cyber, IT, and business teams. Understands the importance of building a strong personal brand within an organization.
· Collaborates to identify Office of the CISO shared services needs to support ongoing Cyber team efficiencies and works with necessary parties to create.
· Artifact storage maintenance. SharePoint team site maintenance.
· Identifies areas of improvement and proposes recommendations to address.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 - 5
Conversion Salary: $95k - $115k
Hourly Pay While on Contract: $40/hr - $54/hr
