Insight Global is looking for QNXT Benefits Configuration Analyst SMEs to join a team of one of our large healthcare clients. This position will be a long-term working fully remote with a hourly compensation range of $45/hr - $63/hr. Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-working as part of the benefits configuration team on a major commercial migration implementation project
-configuring commercial benefits for internal and external customers, vendors, and consultants
-configuring issues in benefits modules
-configure and test benefits during initial setup or annual renewal cycles
-dealing with large volumes of data; data format loading
-help with evaluation testing and analysis
-potential to lead small groups (5-10 people) for various tasks of the project.
Work Hours: M-F 9 to 5 (EST.)

-2 to 10+ years of benefits configuration experience on the commercial side.
-Strong understanding of benefits business knowledge
-Intermediate to advanced SQL quiery knowledge
-Ability to use analysis to make decisions to resolve issues
-Previous configuration experience within QNXT
