Insight Global is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large‑scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation for a leading industrial HVAC equipment reseller. This role will be a key contributor to a strategic, enterprise‑wide initiative to modernize systems across sales, inventory, finance, and operations.
The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional requirements, supporting configuration and data migration efforts, and ensuring a smooth implementation and adoption of Oracle Fusion solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across sales, inventory, finance, and operations.
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the Oracle Fusion implementation.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and process documentation.
• Support configuration of Oracle Fusion modules, including Financials, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Lead data mapping and support data migration activities from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion.
• Conduct current‑state and future‑state process mapping using Oracle Fusion best practices.
• Facilitate workshops to design optimized workflows and drive process improvements.
• Support reporting and analytics using Oracle Fusion tools such as BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Develop and execute test plans, including system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create user documentation, deliver training, and support change management efforts.
• Partner with project leadership to track progress, provide status updates, and escalate risks.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting issues and recommending enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting ERP implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, particularly within Financials, Procurement, or Supply Chain modules.
• Experience supporting data conversion and data mapping efforts in Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Proven ability to develop clear and detailed functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
• Strong experience with process mapping and business process re‑engineering.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with business users, technical teams, and implementation partners.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Nice to Have
• Experience in the HVAC, industrial equipment, or distribution/resale industry.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, or Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).
• Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis tools.
• Experience supporting greenfield Oracle Fusion implementations.
