Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a full-time Project Superintendent in the Richmond, Virginia area with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience. This individual will supervise all trade partners and work closely with all members of the project team to form an effective management team for their clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Oversee field operations and trade partners
-Manage schedules and site logistics
-Coordinate subcontractors and ensure scope alignment
-Perform constructability reviews
-Maintain quality control
-Enforce site safety standards
-Coordinate inspections and compliance

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
-Experience managing $20M+ projects
-OSHA training required
-Strong knowledge of drawings/specs
-Experience with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera)
-BlueBeam + BIM experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Healthcare experience preferred
