Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Marine Electrician who is a skilled professional responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of electrical systems on marine vessels, including Navy carriers. They play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical equipment and systems onboard.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum of 4 years of experience

-Install and connect electrical systems and components, including:

Electrical power distribution systems

Lighting systems

Conveyors

Elevators

-Conduct electrical tests to ensure the functionality and safety of installed electrical systems.

-Must be comfortable around electricity. Working around 120-440 volts.

-Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to electrical components.

-Replace faulty or worn-out electrical parts as needed.

-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

6-10 years of experience would be ideal.
