Job Description
Insight Global is seeking skilled Machinists to support an industrial service and repair organization specializing in large-scale heat and cooling systems. This individual will work in a machine shop environment focused on manual machining, repair, and refurbishment of industrial components used across refineries, paper mills, and oil & gas facilities.

Required Skills & Experience
• Perform repair work on equipment supporting boilers, chillers, oilers, and other large industrial heat/cool systems
• Participate in hands-on training focused on older equipment, safety practices, and preventative maintenance
• Collaborate with machinists, valve technicians, and supervisors to meet production goals
• Attend regular team meetings and contribute to production planning and agendas
• Work independently while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Candidates with experience from the following environments tend to be successful:
• Industrial machine shops
• Automotive or electric motor repair
• Large manufacturing facilities
• Shipyards or heavy industrial operations
