Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior SharePoint Administrator to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise SharePoint and collaboration solutions. This role partners with business units to deliver secure, scalable platforms using SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Platform, while ensuring compliance with CJIS, COV, and FBI standards. The position also includes team leadership, governance, and driving modernization initiatives. The pay range for this role is $35-$41/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of IT infrastructure/platform engineering experience, with strong focus on SharePoint (Online and Server 2016/2019)
Experience designing and implementing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders
Strong knowledge of security, compliance, identity integration, and data loss prevention (DLP)
Experience administering SharePoint environments, including performance, governance, and access control
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in state or local government environments (VITA, procurement, cloud migration)
Strong technical skills in: SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph API
Experience with identity and access tools (Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk)
Familiarity with CJIS, COV, or similar security frameworks
Experience supporting SaaS/PaaS and cloud collaboration best practices
