We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Security Compliance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with controls and standards, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders. This role involves writing System Security Plans (SSPs), conducting governance and auditing activities, and ensuring compliance with security standards.
This position can pay $40-$50/hr depending on experience.

Proven experience in writing System Security Plans and conducting security assessments.
In-depth knowledge of NIST 800-53, COV SEC530, and other relevant security frameworks.
Strong understanding of risk management, security controls, and compliance processes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
