Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support a customer in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will provide critical administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruiting process. The Recruiting Coordinator will manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding and process updates while delivering an exceptional candidate and internal stakeholder experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Coordinate interview scheduling for candidates across multiple time zones and locations.
• Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to confirm interview details and provide necessary information.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in the applicant tracking system (Workday.)
• Prepare and distribute interview materials to hiring teams.
• Own offer letter generation, background check initiation, I-9 verification and other onboarding related tasks.
• Assist recruiters with job postings and requisition management.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
• Track and report on interview and hiring metrics as needed.
• Partner with recruiters and HR team members to continuously improve processes

Hourly Pay Rate Range: $25.00-$30.00

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years experience in recruitment coordination including: onboarding, equipment scheduling, etc.
- Workday or similar system experience
