Job Description

An Insight Global client is hiring an Operating Building Engineer for a 6-month contract to hire. This person manages work orders for HVAC with a heavy focus on troubleshooting chiller and boiler systems, while performing preventative maintence tasks in a warehouse/lab facility environment. They troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, conduct inspections, and respond to tenant service requests. Complete accurate record-keeping and compliance with safety regulations are essential. Collaboration with team members to improve building operations and efficiency is expected, alongside occasional overtime work.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-8 years experience in HVAC troubleshooting and maintence
- (split systems, cooling towers, commercial compressors, ATU's, RTU's + familiarity with electrical and plumbing)
- Universal EPA
- CMMS Experience (preferably Corrigo)
