TSSCI UAM Team Member

Insight Global's client is a data technology business specializing in the management, application, storage, and usage of business data. Partnering with various government departments to help business leaders obtain the key information and insights needed to guide their organizations to new accomplishments. They are looking to add a UAM (User Activity Monitoring) Team Member to their growing User and Behavior Analytics (UEBA) team.

In this role, you will support User Activity Monitoring (UAM) and User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) systems as part of the Insider Threat Program (ITP). You’ll help manage and improve tools that detect insider threats and strengthen cybersecurity.

Main Responsibilities:

· Tool Support: Set up, manage, and troubleshoot UAM/UEBA software.

· System Monitoring: Keep systems running smoothly; perform regular maintenance.

· Issue Response: Respond to technical issues within 2 hours during business hours and provide after-hours support when needed.

· System Upgrades: Plan and carry out updates to software, hardware, and networks.

· Training: Provide two training sessions per year to government staff on how to use and maintain UAM/UEBA systems.

· IT Development: Help improve IT systems for the Insider Threat Operations Center (ITOC), including reporting tools and security services.

· Database Management: Maintain databases used for insider threat detection; ensure minimal downtime.

· User Requirements: Work with users to understand data needs and support system integration.

· System Support: Maintain and troubleshoot operating systems and software; manage backups and recoveries.

· IT Infrastructure: Manage networks, servers, and system access; resolve security and performance issues.

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 12–15 years of experience, OR Master’s degree with 10–13 years of experience
- At least 4-5 years of User Access Management/User Activity Monitoring (preferably within Insider Threat Programs)
- Everfox or Forcepoint experience, either managing the tool or even just administration and implementation
- TS or TSSCI

- Insider threat analysis or behavioral analysis experience
- AI tools
- Python experience
