HVAC Project Manager

One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for an HVAC Project Manager to manage a large portfolio in the greater National Capital Region (DC/MD/VA/WV/DE). This individual will be responsible for operating project activities for mechanical systems and equipment across multiple buildings. The work can range from installs to retrofits to full replacements depending on the client's request. This individual will be responsible for all project financials and administration including estimating, compliance, and change orders. This will be based out of Alexandria, VA and will be onsite 4 days per week with some travel expectations - monthly car allowance is provided.

- 10+ years of experience in mechanical/HVAC project management (installs, retrofitting, replacement)
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or personnel management experience
- Strong knowledge of project management; pricing, estimates, scheduling, materials ordering and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to obtain a US government clearance

- PMP Certification
- HVAC Certifications including Universal CFC, Journeyman/Master HVAC
