Job Description

The Technical Analyst II provides technical expertise and project leadership to deliver end-user hardware, software, and structured cabling solutions. This role supports small to large-scale deployments through effective project management, customer engagement, and coordination with IT and construction teams.

Pay Range: 28-36/hr

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in desktop support, hardware/software deployment, and structured cabling.
Strong understanding of collaboration technologies, especially Microsoft Teams.
Experience managing vendors and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Experience in construction technology integration.
Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks.
