Job Description
Insight Global’s client is hiring an experienced manager to lead the development, execution, and management of physical and digital brand experiences across an enterprise organization. This role is responsible for delivering impactful, on‑brand experiences that align with a people‑first culture and enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives.
The position blends event management, leadership, and digital marketing, with ownership of a scalable event program and responsibility for digital strategies that drive engagement and brand differentiation. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with senior leadership, marketing, and cross‑functional teams, and includes direct people leadership.
Role Focus Breakdown:
35% – Event Management: Lead a strategic, scalable event program supporting internal and external events; oversee milestone and recognition programs.
35% – Leadership: Lead cross‑functional teams and vendor partners; manage direct reports; collaborate on promotional and social strategies.
20% – Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing strategy across web, social, email, and other platforms to create immersive brand experiences.
10% – Development & Collaboration: Build trusted stakeholder relationships, ensure enterprise alignment, and model values‑based leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of related experience (flexible for the right background)
Proven event management experience, including strategic, enterprise‑level programs
Strong digital marketing experience across multiple platforms
Demonstrated people leadership and team management experience (required)
Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing vendors
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills
