Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join one of our clients in the Manakin Sabot area. The Electrical Engineer II leads the electrical portion of multiple complex capital projects for construction aggregate production. This work includes designing, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical power and control systems. The individual is expected to lead the engagement and collaboration with all stakeholders involved in a project to develop the best possible solution. In order to be successful the individual needs to display a high level of curiosity, strong work ethic, effective communication skills and possess a passion for improving industrial processes.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree

- 5-10 years of relevant experience

- Experience with PLC, HMI, three phase motor systems, and most importantly, experience as an electrical engineer within an industrial environment (chemical, aluminum, paper, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Troubleshooting

- Experience with power

- AutoCAD
