The Sr. Delivery Mgr is responsible for influencing, driving and facilitating delivery of cross functional initiatives across Technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and consultants in the full life-cycle of the initiative or agile practices as necessary. This individual will manage multiple product teams and/or large, complex projects through discovery to delivery. This will include escalating dependency and resource issues, overseeing agile and/or waterfall ceremonies, development, and delivery. The individual will also have direct responsibility for facilitating meetings, producing status updates and reporting out on post production and team metrics, including delivery metrics. The Sr. Delivery Mgr is responsible for guiding project and / or product team members, removing obstacles, managing dependencies, gaining consensus from the project team and stakeholders, and providing positive and developmental feedback to team members direct managers. The individual proactively seeks to improve processes, procedures, tools, and methodology. Sr Delivery Manager is responsible for anticipating change and championing systems and processes to align with any change. Project delivery and customer satisfaction will be a key metric for measuring success.
Pay Range: 55-62/hr
