Overview
Insight Global’s client is seeking a Clerk of the Work/ Owner’s Representative to support a long‑term capital project on the campus of a prestigious Virginia university. This individual will be dedicated to a multi‑year renovation effort involving historic campus buildings within an active academic environment.
This role serves as the owner’s on‑site representative, responsible for admin responsibilities, verifying compliance with approved plans and specifications, and maintaining accurate project documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in admin / project management role
Ability to read and interpret AE drawings, specifications, and submittals
Experience performing on‑site project observations and documenting findings
Strong organizational, documentation, and administrative skills
Ability to take and submit 20–50 daily site photos and complete written reports
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Professional and respectful demeanor on job sites
