Job Description

Tactical and Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with Senior Leadership to develop and articulate a clear vision for the product. Champion and maintain this vision, ensuring it aligns with both customer needs and program requirements and goals.

Customer Relations: Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding product strategy, updates, and delivery issues.

Contract Management: Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, ensuring all product deliverables meet the stipulated requirements.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.

Service Owner Coordination: Collaborate closely with Service Owners to ensure that the services provided meet the necessary standards and integrate seamlessly to deliver a comprehensive product.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various internal teams to ensure product delivery is supported organization-wide.

Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to product delivery and coordinate with relevant departments to mitigate them.

Reporting: Provide regular updates to Senior Leadership and other stakeholders on the product's progress, challenges, and strategy.
Salary: $130,000 to $150,000

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree and a minimum of 15 years of experience in Product Management

DoD Secret clearance.

At least 5 years of experience in leading large-scale technical projects.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

PMP/PMI certification preferred.
