Job Description
o This role will require the individual to have hands experience in programming AV systems, ability to design and install complex AV solutions along with VTC administration. The role will require active VTC administration and trouble of existing systems. This position also will support yearly inventory for compliance to include various regional field offices.

Required Skills & Experience
o Active Secret security clearance.
o 2–4 years of experience in AV/VTC systems engineering, integration, or a related field.
o Hands-on experience with VTC programming and device configuration.
o Demonstrated ability to conduct room surveys and develop complete system designs, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), system design drawings, and cable pull lists.
o Experience with full AV/VTC system installation (e.g., equipment inventory, component installation, cable runs, wiring, and room preparation).
o Ability to administer VTC systems, including meeting setup, secure communications configuration, and end-user support.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
o Proficiency with Extron Global Configurator Pro, Extron Control Systems, and Crestron is preferred.
o Experience working with the State Department
o Current experience with Extron Systems
