Job Description
-We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the execution of complex, mission-critical programs supporting federal modernization initiatives. This individual will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional program delivery, ensuring alignment with customer objectives, and driving successful integration across multiple workstreams. The TPM will serve as the central point of coordination for stakeholders, governance, and program-level decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment with modernization goals
-Orchestrate delivery across multiple cross-functional teams and workstreams, ensuring seamless integration and coordination
-Manage program milestone gates, driving readiness, convergence, and on-time delivery
-Establish and oversee program governance structures, including decision forums and escalation paths
-Own stakeholder communication strategy, delivering clear, consistent updates to leadership and program partners
-Drive cross-workstream integration, ensuring dependencies, risks, and timelines are properly managed
-Implement and manage Earned Value Management (EVM) to track program performance, cost, and schedule
-Ensure compliance with CDRL/DID requirements, including deliverable tracking, submission, and quality assurance
-Support Agile/SAFe program execution at scale, aligning iterative development with overall program milestones
-Identify risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies across technical and operational domains

Required Skills & Experience
-PMP or PgMP certification required
-10+ years of experience supporting FAA/NAS programs or similar federal aviation systems
-Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex technical programs
-Strong expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM)
-Experience implementing Agile/SAFe methodologies at enterprise scale
-Proven ability to manage stakeholder engagement and governance frameworks
-Experience managing CDRLs and DIDs within federal contracts
-Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and business units
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive-level stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience supporting system integration or modernization programs
-Familiarity with federal acquisition lifecycle and compliance requirements
-Experience supporting high-visibility, mission-critical programs with multi-vendor coordination
